REFUNDS
At Amae, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with the security seal, tags, and original packaging intact. If the return meets these conditions, you will receive a refund for the purchase price.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and check your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@amaelabel.com.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
The 14-day period starts from the first unsuccessful delivery attempt due to the recipient’s absence.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the package and its contents for assessment. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable. In such cases, we will refund the full amount paid and cover return shipping.
EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with the security seal, tags, and original packaging intact.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in your return being rejected. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the item does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
