Pre-Order Shipping & Timing Policy

How Pre-Order Works at AMAE
At AMAE, we believe in creating with intention. Our pre-order system allows us to craft responsibly, ensuring that each piece meets our highest standards without compromising quality.

  • Secure Your Piece – When you place a pre-order, your item is reserved just for you. This ensures that we produce only what is truly wanted, reducing waste and maintaining our commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship.

  • Made for You – Once your order is placed, we begin the careful process of bringing your piece to life. Every design is crafted with precision, meeting our standards of quality and artistry.

  • Estimated Timeline – Each pre-order has an estimated shipping window, visible at checkout. We’ll keep you updated on progress so you know when to expect your order.

  • Delivery & Unveiling – Pre-order items typically ship within 2-4 weeks from the order date. Designed to be timeless, your piece will arrive exactly as intended—crafted with care and made to last.

All orders are shipped using Evri, with shipping rates determined by the chosen service. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided.

We currently ship within the UK. For international shipping requests, please contact us at info@amaelabel.com for a quote and delivery options.

DELIVERY RESPONSABILITY

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Responsibility for your order remains with AMAE until it is delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive it. Once the order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to you.

If your order is shown as delivered by our courier but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification so we can investigate.

If you requested delivery to a safe place or neighbour, responsibility transfers to you once the courier has confirmed delivery to that location.

If delivery attempts fail twice due to the recipient’s absence, the package will be held and eventually returned to our warehouse. The 14-day return and exchange period begins from the first failed delivery attempt. Returned packages can be reshipped upon payment of a new shipping fee.

We are not liable for delays caused by transportation issues, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ISSUES & RETURNS

If you refuse delivery, notify us via email. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected, and will cover only the purchase price.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Items should not be returned without prior approval.

We are not responsible for missing items within a delivered parcel if it was sealed and intact on delivery. 

Refunds for lost or damaged shipments will be issued in accordance with your statutory rights.

By pre-ordering, you’re not just purchasing an item; you’re becoming part of a slower, more intentional process—one that values quality over speed, and artistry over mass production.
